**Please note that heating, plumbing, electrical supply/distribution and water penetration warranties are valid for two years from the date of possession of your new home. Should you contact an after hours service outside of this warranty period, you will be billed directly for any service call and related charges.**

After hours emergency services are provided by our trade partners for warrantable deficiencies (i.e. total loss of heat, total loss of water, total sewage stoppage, major water penetration or collapse of structure). Service due to warranty expiration, alterations or improper maintenance will not be warrantable and will be billed direct to the homeowner.
